Uygulamadan silme
- Mutfak uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
- Profil sekmesinde Hesap'a dokun.
- Hesabımı sil'e dokun, silinecekleri oku ve hesap e-postanı yaz.
- Son onayda Sil'e dokun. Hesabın hemen silinir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra hesabını en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz ve sana bildiririz.
Neler silinir
- Hesabın (e-posta ve parola)
- Dolabındaki malzemeler, temel malzeme seçimin ve alışveriş listen
- Favori tariflerin ve profil tercihlerin
- Tarama geçmişin, tarama sonuçların ve varsa kalan tarama fotoğrafların
- Sunucudaki abonelik ve tarama hakkı kayıtların
Hiçbir veri ayrıca saklanmaz. Apple ve Google'ın kendi satın alma kayıtları onların politikalarına tabidir. Silme geri alınamaz.
Abonelik: Hesabını silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ücret alınmaması için aboneliği App Store veya Google Play'deki abonelikler bölümünden iptal et.
Delete your Mutfak account and data
In the app
- Open the Mutfak app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap Account.
- Tap Delete my account, review what will be deleted and type your account email.
- Tap Delete in the final confirmation. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you can't access the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion". After verifying it's you, we delete your account within 30 days and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account (email and password)
- Your pantry items, pantry staples and shopping list
- Your favorite recipes and profile preferences
- Your scan history, scan results and any remaining scan photos
- Your subscription and scan allowance records on our server
No data is kept separately. Apple's and Google's own purchase records are governed by their policies. Deletion can't be undone.
Subscription: Deleting your account doesn't cancel your store subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it under subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play.
